Come get fit for the ski season!  Core Dryland will focus on balance, strength training, and endurance.  Athletes will hike the mountain, practice on the trampoline, work on core strengthening exercises, challenge themselves on balance courses, just to name a few activities.  Athletes should dress in layers so they can be comfortable outside or inside. We will most likely hike the mountain each weekend so adequate footwear is advised, as well as a water bottle to keep hydrated and some healthy snacks.
